Prices & How it Works

The prices below are based on a portrait that is head and shoulders only.  Should you require the full body drawn, please add an extra 25% on top of the fixed price.  In certain circumstances, this additional fee may be reduced.  You will be informed the final fee once the photograph has been received. It is important that the photographs you send are clear and sharp. The photo quality directly impacts the detail we can capture in your portrait. If you’re unsure if your photo is not good enough, don't worry.  Just keep emailing until all parties are happy.  Once you are settled with the price we ask you for the deposit.

Payment:  Payment of the deposit is only made once the appropriate photograph has been received and that you are happy with the final cost.  Once the drawing/painting has been started the deposit is not refundable.  The balance of the outstanding sum is due upon delivery of the piece.  Once you confirm the final price, A PayPal link will be sent so the deposit can be paid.  

Not happy: All drawings and paintings are submitted to the client before final payment is requested.  Should you require any amendments this will be done and re-submitted.  Once approved we will despatch your piece.
